Touch 4399 server is one of the 3 servers based in China. It only has a simplified Chinese client. In recent updates, you will need a China national ID to register. It is better to use VPN if you're having connectivity issues with this server.
Important Note: The servers are divided into 2 zones. Players from different zones can't meet each other in-game so please be careful in choosing your server. Most of the international players are in Zone 1. Information about the 2 zones are detailed below.

How to download client and run game:

After downloading, remove 热舞 from 4399Touch热舞.exe file name then run the application (Note: Change any existing Touch folder name as it will automatically overwrite if the other folder is named "Touch")
Run Touch.exe from installation folder
Fill in login details and click 开始游戏
Click on any server from 1-337 to start game
Zone 1:
[1-15] [30-33] [starting from 45, all numbers ending in 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]
Zone 2:
[16-29] [34-44] [starting from 50, all numbers ending in 0, 1, 2, 3, 4]
